We can't recommend Gorseinon Tyre and Service highly enough. They're always spot on whether it's standard repairs, maintenance or emergencies which need a quick turnaround. Friendly, straightforward staff that explain things and communicate well, they're great at keeping in touch and advising of costs/options. There's a culture of excellent customer service and friendliness across both sites (tyre place and garage). Basically they are really good at what they do (efficient, reliable, responsive) and they're also good people. Very professional, friendly and polite staff. There’s always someone available to take my phone call. If my car has any issues, they give me a day and time to call in for a vehicle check. They’re very trustworthy and I don’t feel intimidated. They always explain clearly what work is needed and give me an idea of the cost.
