We can't recommend Gorseinon Tyre and Service highly enough. They're always spot on whether it's standard repairs, maintenance or emergencies which need a quick turnaround. Friendly, straightforward staff that explain things and communicate well, they're great at keeping in touch and advising of costs/options. There's a culture of excellent customer service and friendliness across both sites (tyre place and garage). Basically they are really good at what they do (efficient, reliable, responsive) and they're also good people.
